DELIVERY INFORMATION DURING CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK
During this time our delivery partner is operating a safe contact-free delivery service which you can read about here.
At checkout we will display the current delivery date, which is typically based on 3-4 days delivery. We always show the most realistic (accurate) delivery date that we can because we understand that our products are intended for special occasions.
STANDARD DELIVERY (3-4 DAYS)
Please note that our products do not fit through a standard letterbox – as they are sent as a parcel then someone aged 18+ should be available to receive the delivery.
We despatch orders from Monday-Friday and delivery days are Monday-Saturday.
Standard delivery is a fixed cost of £1.95. Please allow 3-4 days for your order to arrive.
All deliveries are tracked and, upon despatch, you will be sent tracking details from our courier so that you can view live parcel details and interact directly with the courier for delivery.
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable, such as anything that is personalised or otherwise cannot be resold due to a bespoke element. All bottles of spirit drink are protected by a health seal and we cannot accept items back if this seal has been broken.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any part of the product or packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
You must return a Product to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel/return the order. You must send the product back to us at our address indicated on the delivery note.
Please include a copy of the order paperwork that you receive from us, or at least a note of the order number, when you return the product to allow us to identify your order.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide for and pay for returned items.
We will make any refund using the same method you used to pay.
